Verisae Acquires Hara, Expands its Energy and Sustainability Software Platform
Acquisition Broadens Verisae’s Energy and Sustainability Project Management Software with Enhanced Carbon Reporting Capabilities

Based in San Mateo, California, Hara’s cloud-based software helps sustainability professionals track, report, and execute against cost savings opportunities, compliance requirements, and operational improvements.

The acquisition of Hara follows Verisae’s recent purchase of WorkOasis, a Georgia-based SaaS company. The combined software platform will launch in the first quarter of 2014 with all Verisae, Hara, and WorkOasis customers gaining access to expanded functionality.
